PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after your order is placed.

During new releases, restocks, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may take slightly longer. Any extended processing times will be noted on the product page or communicated by email.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

SHIPPING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

MINDS*EYE cannot guarantee an exact delivery date once a package has been handed over to the carrier.

PRE-ORDERS

If an item is listed as a pre-order, the estimated shipping window will be stated on the product page.

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together once all items are ready unless otherwise stated.

ORDER INFORMATION

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before your order ships, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment.

MINDS*EYE is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

LOST, STOLEN, OR MISSING PACKAGES

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, MINDS*EYE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking information shows that your package is still in transit or appears to be lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you with the carrier.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.
